Hello. We are Ladies with Leashes. This policy explains how we handle your data.

Profile Info: Name, email, phone number, and address when you create an account.
Pet Info: Photos, medical history, behavioral notes, and feeding schedules.
Location Data (GPS): We collect precise location data from your device during active bookings (specifically during dog walks) to generate a map of the walk for the pet owner. This tracking may occur even when the app is running in the background, but ONLY while a service is officially "In Progress". We do not track your location at any other time.
Camera and Media: We request access to your device's camera and photo library to allow you to capture and upload photos/videos of pets during visits, and to set your profile picture. These images are shared with the pet owner as part of the service report.
Payments: Handled securely via Stripe. We do not store your full credit card numbers on our servers.

To facilitate bookings and communication, provide safety features like GPS walk maps, process payments and payouts, and improve our app experience.

We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary:

With Walkers: Your address and pet details for the booking.
With Owners: The walker’s profile and real-time walk data.
Service Providers: Payment processors (Stripe) and map providers (Google/Apple).
